We process personal data only as necessary to provide information about Forstfest and to sell and manage tickets. If you buy a ticket, we process the data required for the order, payment, ticket management, check-in, customer support, refunds and legally required accounting records. Ticketing is handled through Pretix. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe or other payment providers offered during checkout. These providers process the data required to complete the ticket purchase and payment. 

We do not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers where necessary for ticketing, payment processing, legal obligations or event administration. 

You may contact us at info@forstfest.com to request information about your stored data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, where legally applicable.
